Our Premium Maintenance plan is built for exactly that: a detailed top-to-bottom routine, done in the same order with the same standard, so dust, soap scum and kitchen grease never get the chance to build up.
Because the work is focused on details (baseboards, light switches, door frames, the tops of things), your home needs fewer periodic deep cleans, and every visit feels like a fresh start. If you only need a quicker refresh of visible surfaces, we also offer a Basic Maintenance option.
New to A2R? Most homes start with a one-time deep cleaning to reset the house to our standard. After that, recurring visits keep it there, and new clients get 20% off their next recurring cleaning after the initial deep clean.

Recurring House Cleaning: common questions
What’s the difference between Premium and Basic maintenance?
Premium Maintenance follows our full detailed checklist every visit (baseboards, door frames, switches, cabinet fronts and more), which keeps the home at a deep-clean standard over time. Basic Maintenance is a quicker clean focused on visible dirt: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces.
Do I need a deep cleaning before recurring service?
If your home hasn’t had a professional cleaning in the last month, yes, we start with a deep cleaning so every recurring visit can maintain the standard instead of catching up. New clients get 20% off the next recurring cleaning after that first deep clean.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
We schedule the same team for your home whenever possible. Consistency is the core of how we work. You shouldn’t have to explain your home twice.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Just let us know in advance and we’ll find the best new date that fits our route and your week.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us secure access and go about their day. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too.
