How long does a deep cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the home, how long since the last professional cleaning and the current condition. That’s why our quote form asks for square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and a 1 to 5 condition rating, so your estimate is accurate before we arrive.
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning maintains visible areas. Deep cleaning adds hard-to-reach and built-up areas: baseboards, door frames, vents, fans, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, grout and heavier soap scum and grease removal.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring professional products and equipment, including eco-friendly options. If you’d like us to use a specific product in your home, just let us know and leave it out for the team.
What if my home needs more work than I expected?
If you book a standard cleaning but the home clearly needs a deep clean, our team will let you know and complete the deeper tasks, billed accordingly. Accurate details on the quote form help avoid surprises.
Is clutter a problem?
Our team cleans but doesn’t organize. If rooms need decluttering before cleaning, we can add organizing time to your estimate.
