Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, move-in and move-out cleanings are designed for empty homes so we can reach inside every cabinet, closet and appliance and clean floors edge to edge.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes. Inside the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher exterior/door seals are part of our move-in and move-out checklist.
Can you work with my realtor or property manager?
Absolutely. We can coordinate access and timing directly with your realtor, landlord or property manager.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your moving date. End-of-month dates fill quickly, so booking early gives you the best choice of times.
Do you offer a free estimate?
Yes. For move-out cleanings we schedule a free on-site estimate. For move-ins, the online quote form is usually enough to give you an accurate price.
