Rose’s story
In 2014, Rose Moreira founded GR Clean in Brazil, a residential and commercial cleaning company serving homes, offices, condominiums, post-construction projects and floor care. For five years she built a reputation for meticulous, consistent work.
In May 2019, Rose and her family moved to Orlando. Without speaking English yet, she started where many newcomers start: helping other cleaners on their jobs. It was the best possible school for learning American products, materials and expectations, and it showed her something important. The work she saw was often rushed and inconsistent, nowhere near the detailed standard her clients in Brazil were used to.
She knew it could be better. In December 2019 she founded A2R to offer Orlando families and businesses a careful, consistent, detail-focused cleaning, and a company that keeps its word.
Our mission
A clean, pleasant home is only the beginning. Our real mission is to give people peace of mind, physical and mental well-being, and more quality time for themselves and their families.
What we stand for
Ethics, respect and trust. These values guide every interaction, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough, and we ask for the same in return, so our team and our clients can build long relationships. Many of our clients have been with us for two to four years or more.
How we work
- Consistency: the same checklist, the same standard and, whenever possible, the same team every visit.
- Punctuality: since 2019 we have never canceled a scheduled cleaning.
- Hygiene: microfiber cloths strictly color-coded by room to prevent cross-contamination, and separate vacuums for homes with and without pets.
- Care: eco-friendly products on maintenance cleanings and no abrasive products that damage floors or furniture.
- Accountability: liability insurance, a re-clean satisfaction policy and responsibility for any item our team damages.
- Organization: written estimates, online approval, a Client Guide and a welcome letter for every new client.
